Shipping:
We usually ship the packages by express delivery: DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS.
We also can help you use Netherlands Post, Epacket/China Post, they are cheaper, but slower.

DHL/Fedex/UPS: 5-10 business days
Special Line: 7-14 business days
ARAMEX: 7-14 business days
EMS: 10-15 business days
Netherlands Post :10-30 business days
Epacket/China post: 10-50 business days
(2).Custom Taxes:
Our price not including the customs taxes. In our experience, sometimes your local customs officials would charge you the import tariff before the package enter your country. The carrier would help you pay the taxes, and collect them when the package delivery.

Returns:
You have the right to exchange your order within 3 working days which commences the day after your product delivery. You must notify us by email within 3 working days from delivery with your intention to return the item. After notification we will issue you a return number to quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
Please return goods with the original packaging with all components and accessories.
---1). All returned products must be in brand-new condition, with manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free gift with purchase. Any products showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
---2). Please re-package as received in order for us to re-sell the item as brand new. Returns must be properly boxed for shipment (we suggest you use the outside shipping box we sent the product in originally), as the carrier will not honor insurance claims for improperly packaged shipments that are damaged in transit. We will not be responsible for damage in transit to improperly packaged returns.

(2).Exchange
We offer free product exchange as a part of aftersales service, but the products you want to exchange should meet the following criteria.
---1). Existence of fault and defect(non man-made) that are not in confirmity with product qualification.
---2). Discrepancies from object in description or picture, products standard indicated on outer packing, production instruction.
Please refer to return policy for the returning of exchanged product. Presoccer will protect your right of exchange. However, the articles in exchange policy should deem and serve the return policy as the first priority. all conditions in exchange should not conflict with the terms in return policy, otherwise, exchange would be regarded as invalid.
